Though our average support response time is within minutes to an hour, we guarantee a human response within 24 hours, or you receive a credit to your account if we didn't get back to your support email within 24 hours.

For critical issues (i.e. your server is down and in accessible to the public), MangoXchange has our in house personnel onsite available round the clock to provide assistance.
